Prohibition of Fireworks

The City has placed signs out as a courtesy to the citizens of Pecan Hill advising them that fireworks are prohibited within the city limits of Pecan Hill. This ordinance was codified May 16, 2006. Any public or private demonstration would require prior permission by the City and proper police supervision to be considered a legal activity. A citizen could be subject to a citation if they are found to violate this ordinance
