1.          City Council: Call to Order and Identification of a Quorum.

 

2.          Pledge of Allegiance.

 

3.          Citizens Comments

This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting.  No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting.  Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.

 

4. City Council Consent Agenda.

All items listed under the consent agenda are routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below.  There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

 

• A. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting.
• B. Approval of Financials

 

5. Mayors Report and Discussion

• Review status of road signs. (Overweight and no thru trucks)
• Discuss second home on Ag zoned properties. (i.e pool houses, mother-in-law houses, tiny homes etc.)
• Overgrown house on Lowrance.
• Road conditions.

 

6. Marshals report

7.  Consider and take possible action on approving BCCS proposal of new fees for permit review.

8.  Consider and take possible action on review and execute the Pecan Acres Final Plat.

 

9.  Review and consider possible action on updating permit and inspection fees Sec. 1.100 of the general code.

 

10.  Budget & Tax Rate Workshop I
