This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be  heard at the City Council Meeting.  No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting.  Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.

5. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting.

 

Action Items

6. Consider and take possible action on the SUP Application for a variance for Steven Peters regarding the Bryan Place Entrance.

7. Consider and take possible action on updating Building Code Fees Appendix A (ARTICLE A3.000 BUILDING RELATED FEES)

8. Consider and take possible action on purchasing our own potholing material (as a trial).

9. Consider and take possible action on the Waste Connections comparison proposal.

10. Consider and take possible action on updating the Zoning Ordinance in regard to accessory buildings and accessory building uses and specifically prohibit accessory buildings from be used as living quarters.

11. Consider and take possible action on updating the Zoning Ordinance regarding the number of living quarters that is allowed on a property.

12.       Marshal Smith monthly report
