1. City Council: Call to Order and Identification of a Quorum.

3. Citizens Comments
This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting. No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items
suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting. Due to the numerous agenda
items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three
minutes.
4. City Council Consent Agenda.
All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items.
If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

5. City Council Regular Agenda
Meeting as the zoning authority of the city pursuant to Section 211.007(e) of the Texas Local
government Code and consideration of, and decision on, the request of Pecan Acres, LLC, to re-zone
a 67.5+ acre area of land from the agricultural (AG) zoning district to a single-family residential (R-1)
district. Such land being generally located on the south side of FM 2377 at Goodloe Lane in the City of
Pecan Hill, Ellis County, Texas, and legally described as in the records of the Ellis County Appraisal
District as 1039 SA & MGRR; 516 CF HORDESTY, # ECAD #191367.
6. Consider and take possible action on the approval of the proposed contract dated 12/31/2020 from Building
Code Consulting Services and update the “Appendix A” of fees in our Ordinances, to reflect the current rates.
7. Consider and take possible action on scheduling the Trash-off.
