This is the citizen’s opportunity to make a presentation, ask questions of the City Council, or otherwise be heard at the City Council Meeting. No action will be taken on any matter raised by a citizen, but items suggested for action may be placed on the agenda of a future meeting. Due to the numerous agenda items and limited time for the Council Meeting, each citizen’s comments are limited to a total of three minutes.
4. City Council Consent Agenda.
All items listed under the consent agenda are routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items.
If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

6. Consider and take possible action on approving and adopting 2023-2024 fiscal year budget and ORDINANCE 2023-05 adopting the budget.
7. Consider and take possible action on approving and adopting the voter approved tax rate of 0.231483/100 for the Fiscal
Year 2023-2024 and ORDINANCE 2023-06 adopting the tax rate.
8. Consider the sale of lot on Carol Lane.25-acre property ID#226364 (TR A ABDN RD REDOAK HTS #2 0.251 ACRES) by opening sealed bids and selecting the highest bidder. Notify bid winner and then plot the next steps to consummate the sale.
9. Consider and take possible action on ORDINANCE 2023 – 07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PECAN HILL, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A (FEE SCHEDULE), ARTICLE A5.000, SECTION A5.001 (SUBDIVISION / ZONING / ENGINEERING FEES) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PECAN HILL; PROVIDING FEES FOR REVIEW, INSPECTION AND OTHER RELATED FEES FOR CONSTRUCTING OR IMPROVING PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A SUBDIVISION, LOT, OR RELATED PROPERTY EVELOPMENT; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERANCE CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION INTO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
